Into some trouble

Hi, i'm finding some trouble trying to make my Shop system to work, when i buy an item for the first time it's ok, the item goes to my inventory normally, but if i buy another item in another shop the item simply drops on the floor, and my money is spent, another trouble i'm getting is on the Learn ability, when i click on other hero on my map i can see this skill on his command card and they can see mine aswell, a little help please? Thanks in advance.
