Hey, in game when u type a message to someone it pops up on the screen and says [Ally]: "Message" or [Everyone]: "Message" or [Observer]: "Message" how can i change thoses to say for example (World) instead, i've looked Advance>Game interface but it's not in there

use JNGP , then enable UMSWE, restart your editor, you can change it in advanced->game interface now

it doesn't support the latest patch, is there any other way or will it work the same if it says that?

Also while looking i've found To allies: but not the just Allies: while in chat.. what is it listed under?
