[Spell] Increases attack speed when attacked by enemies

Hi guys,
i want to make a passive ability which name Fury:

increases the attack speed of the caster when he attacked by enemies. Lasts 15 second.
And it has 4 level:

lvl 1: Each attack of enemies increase 3% attack speed
lvl 2: Each attack of enemies increase 5% attack speed
lvl 3: Each attack of enemies increase 7% attack speed
lvl 4: Each attack of enemies increase 9% attack speed

And the maximum attack speed increased is 120%

I need help for trigger it. (GUI trigger)

Thanks! but the BonusMod Abilities could not open

There's alternative methods to this, some abilities increase attack speed besides the item ones. You could also just make a 120 levels ability off of item - attack speed if you can't figure out bonusmod.
