ok...I need some help...doing my 3dsmax stuff...i use 7,if you try helping me by telling me to get 5,shove it,i also use the kmk script not the dex script.im no noob modeler,i do alot of non wc3 high poly models...whenever i do rts low poly for wc3 or anything for wc3,i cant get the mdl part right.
heres what i have right now.i wont tell you what they are in depth because i dont want any idea stealers.

body mesh.deleted face and reshaped a weapon.
mdl name = body 1
teamcolor.shaped some stuff.
mdl name = body tc
head mesh.a head...
mdl name = head 1
midlebeard mesh.its a beard and some other stuff
mdl name = head 2
botom beard mesh.botom of the beard
mdl name = head botom
assembly in mdl
ok...acoridng to white horns mdl part one, would take the main body mesh wich = body 1 ,scroll down to geoset data
should look like this:
delete all the info from vertices to normals...k,paste this.convert and try in viewer.it worked horay,but in none animation there were all these lines of random colors from skin sticking out...
anyways i go to next part.
load up what i want to attach wich in my case ishead 1 and all the other head but right now only 1(in wht.horns example its an axe)
select all the info from geoset and go to the bracket after selectiongroup.i do that...copy this data and search for "bone" in his example paste that data after bone in the body 1.but for me i dont want after bone i want were this units head used to be...but when i paste it before the bone head,it doesnt go there...and i cant find the matrices,well i can but its zero and i dont know were the other matrices spot is,its suposed to be up by geosets but its not...
if i get it ill update later to ask more
