Upgrade: increases the Watch Tower attack speed by 25%, attack damage by 20% and hit points by 50.
Currently I feel like tower rushing someone is TOXIC, and there is a Government form in my map that speeds up building construction and makes buildings stronger and sturdier, therefore, tower rush has to be kept in check.
There will be 3 tiers for this upgrade.
at 2 stacks towers are a bit better than regular, at 3 they are better overall.
