Importing Spell packs to my War3 Map

Well my problem starts with the question "How the hell do I import spells". I thought okay lets do it like a model and obviously it didn't work. So I took a look at the tutorial sections and found

So problem Solved? Unfortunately no, I had a few troubles getting what he was saying and it kinda jumped from one thing to the other.
After a little bit of research I still couldn't figure it out but I did find the reference to Jass Newgen so I downloaded the latest version and got the map editor working with this program.

After that ?

Once you open a spell, in the trigger editor, there is a comment, saying how to import it. It's a rule you see, so there is no way you won't find it.

So you actually have to go into the trigger editor and open it, okay thanks thats what I've been looking for.
