Importing on ROC

Hey, I know this question has probably alredy been answered, but how do i import stuff onto the Reign Of Chaos map editor, like using the import manager, but the import manager function isn't there, i downloaded a ton of guys , but cant import them, can someone please post a guide on how to do that?
