I myself use a hosting site: tinypic.com
just upload the file there, copy the code for forums, and paste it in your post

Steps:
1. Printscreen your terrain
2. Open Paint (or any paint program)
3. Either edit it to suit yourself or save it
4. Go to either tinypic.com or imageshack.us (Tinypic is recommended)
5. Open the picture of yours and begin to upload.
6. Copy the BBCode and paste it in your post.
7. You're done!
