Images too big

I have a problem
The icons i used on my Shadow Falls Map development thread suddenly became giant.I just went to check on the thread this morning and saw they are huge.What caused this and how can i fix it?(Link in my signature)

Can't help you when you are not using the attachment system to attach your images.

Upload the properly sized images on an image host before you use it, some sites do not like their resources being used elsewhere.

Just trying to give an alternative method. Also, I tried answering why his image got changed.

In any case, he can choose to follow your suggestion.
