For those having Trouble with Image Extractor 2
I jsut got a new computer recently and needed to re-download my skinning programs. If you have a new computer and this shows up when you try to run IE2:
"Component 'Msconctl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or is invalid"
go here and follow what it says.

Then once your done with all of that search "system" in "My Computer" and place it in your C:Windows/system32 directory. There is another file with the same name but the right folder has a alot of files and stuff in it. copy and paste it into that directory and your finished. Now IE2 will work perfectly on your new system.
