Im triggerless [there are functions/actions missing]

Ive been reading spell guides and trigger guids and ive realized that i dont have half the triggers there talking about. Im just wondering if i dont have the latest v of world editor and if so where do i get it?

I have v. 1.20.4.

the world editor is updated (if necessary) with the wc3-patches. I'd say you go through this, this, this and if this still doesn't help, ask where you can find the respective 'missing' triggers
