umm, i was wondering how you even send spells in or something like that, but any advice for someone new would be extremely helpful and appreciated. also, what the heck is a jass?

You said "how to send spells"... I didn't get it, but..
1. If you are asking how to submit spells here it is: you make your Triggered Spells(yes, normal spells with no triggers that everyone can make, are not allowed here) in a map, then you submit your map in the spells section.
2. If you are asking how to import spells: it's not importing. You have to Copy and Paste the ability, triggers, variables (if it has variables) and all that stuff, to your map. Please do not spell-steal, cause you will get warned for that, and spells are for learning. If you submit a spell that is not yours (witch doesn't usually happens) give the credit to the creator of that ability.
About JASS, I am not pro at it, read the tutorial of the Spell Forum Moderator Daelin in the Tutorials Forum.
