It's a site which links only indirectly (non-deep link) to filefront and other mirrors (no way to find out what the direct link was, as they forbade archiving the redirect script and obfuscated the redirect path through javascript; also not archived...)
Filefront is also a dead site now, but we know that it was renamed to gamefront (quite a while ago).

Gamefront is still live today! And it has search! Here it is:

First result has 12840 downloads and is 28.99MB, about right for a campaign.

I would say RoC v1.05 (released on January 31, 2003) fits the timestamps best, as RoC v1.06 was released on June 3, 2003.
