Does it exist any sort of "create one illusion of (unit) trigger" in WE?

you could create a dummy which uses the create illusion spell from the item staff of illusion or sth like that, don't remember the exact name

No, you must first create dummy unit or just give to any unit Staff of Illusion and order triggering unit to use last created item on unit, that you want to have an illusion.
