Is their any way to export an icon so you can change it, for ecample if i want to take the suicide ability icon and take off the yellow acto-cast bars around the edges, how do i do that.

Sure. You've gotta open up the mpq file that the icon is stored in, find it and extract it from the .mpq. Then you've got to edit it Photoshop or another image editing program.

then extract:
commandbuttons/youricon.
commandbuttonsdisabled/youricon.

Anyways, the program you told me to download wont work, its missing some type of dll file...... i dont know....

Google the .dll file and download/install it then try again.

alight, uhh, this file only extracts my imported icons.....I want the one native to Warcraft III.

That's because you're using it on your map. Use it on warcraft III's/TFT's .mpq file, as I told you.
