(1 new) Icon making/importing questions - wrong position

I'll try to post every doubts about icons here, to prevent too many posts.

1 - Some command buttons I import don't appear in the right position. How can I solve it?
2 (OK) - How can I export the icons that are in the WE, so I can edit them? Do I have to take a screenshot of it?

1. which icons?
2.extract them from the mpq using mpq tool or wc3viewer then convert them in wc3viewer from blp to tga edit in a graphics program then revert back to blp using wc3viewer then import.

Can you explain about that MPQ? I don't know how to work with these files, sorry.

WEll with wc3viwer, it show it as like an er..archive..switch to blp by clicking the dot and look in the archives for which skin u want and right click and click convert/extract.

Repeating 1st question...
I made an icon but the TOP is in the BOTTOM... I don't know the expression to say that but, how do I make my icon be in the right position?

I posted it several times in the Icon section (is it against any rule?) but it wasn't in the right position. In game only some of them are right.

save the tga upside down, or reclean your comp, iv had that prob b4, or u can use the tool blp converter and convert it withour flipping, i dont know.. i think i said this. i didnt read my other post.

Yes I did that, but if I post it here, wouldn't it be upside down in game, if someone download it?

hm..wait..so your saying when you convert an icon or skin its upside down or left or right or only shows ingame?

Hum... some shows in game, others show in the wc3sear and in game.

When I open with the Warcraft3Viewer, they are all right.

hmm.. i dont know... well just use blp converter which should come in the wc3viewer folder or look in the tool section for it, if that doenst stop the prob, then i dont know..
