Greda23, you can easily do this yourself. All you need is Irfanview (or any other picture editing program, to resize) and Button Manager (adds icon borders). You can download both these tools on this site.

Wrong! You don't need Irfan View.
Button Manager Automatically resizes the wished picture and adds borders.

yep no need for infraview just throw pic to iconamanager and add border ^^
