Blizzard didn't see the point in adding an icon into two MPQ files. What icon is it you're trying to find?

Since the Rally Point icon is in ROC to it's most possible that it is in the war3.mpq... Yes it is. There are BTNRallyPointNightElf and BTNRallyPointUndead to.
