Icon borders on uploads

On the rules, only BTN and DISBTN are required. PAS and Autocast are for spells and abilitites...

I think its also good to have PAS and/or the border for the attack types as a requirement for weapon/equipment icons... or at least make the PAS required for all icon uploads...

But it is very easy for you and everybody else to do it with button manager.
Except people using mac and other computers that can't use it.
