shiiK: Cleaning up skins that have been rejected (until updated) for more than a month - moving to rejected permanently due lack of updates since last moderation. No new review of the skin has been made. If you feel that this decission is wrong, or if you want to update the skin, please reply to this PM and I'll work it out for you. As this is a preset message, and I'm just picking up each and every skin in the category, I want to apologize beforehand if this clutters your inbox.

shiiK: I'll just attach the review from the initial resource because the changes are still not sufficient. Please post this skin in the forum specified below to receive feedback. The resource section is for completed resources. Additionally, when you've achieved a decent result, update this resource file instead of uploading a new file. Failure to comply with this will result in deduction of reputation points and continued disobedience may lead to an infraction.

shiiK: You've got a decent concept going here. My main concern is how blurry it is. Besides that, it's lacking definition. You need to make shapes stand out, give the skin a 3D look.
I suggest you have a look at the tutorials available in our 2D Art Tutorials section and post some of your future skin in the Texturing & Surfacing board.
