NEVERMIND: I've found a way to do this :) SOLVED!

Ever heard of Gintara map?, it's a great map, the hero has a custom damage/attack, which executes really fast...

Dont know what I mean?...
Flame Strike VS Carrion Swarn (or any other) - set the cooldown & casting time to "0"...

Cast them REALLY fast and see the difference, the FS will execute really fast but others dont, WHY?...

Are there any others like the Flame Strike?...No target and Unit Target?, I know Channel can do this but it cant be used by AI...
