Thought there was a system to prevent multi-boxing like this (insta-desync if name is identical). Guess that was removed, or was just a side-effect of something else rather than a system. He's probably just logged in with the same name on 2 different servers using 2 computers or a program that allows running multiple warcraft III instances concurrently.

nono its a she first of all she just loaded it was 1 code and she recieved 2 heroes

Oh I've done this before, I completely forgot how though. If I remember right it only saves whatever character you picked first, so its really not -that- big of a deal.

it saves whichever char you selected also if you die with your high lvl and then with the low lvl grave from high lvl disappears
