I am quite sure that it is a skin of the blademaster and not a model and I think I saw it somewhere on this site awhile back, anyhow about you email icefrog or make a post about it on the dota forums about it rather then posting here.

It used to be available at Samods/WC3warehouse before the site closed down. I'm sure there is another place that contains the model however of Kimahri (Phantom Lancer).
