I Need Suggestions!

I made a female ogre, i used priest's texture for head and it don fits! Could u give me some suggestions for what texture to use?

Use basic ogre texture, just put more work to the shape. Give her red lips via additional geoset. Also put some more work to her body, make real boobies and a good waist. Also give her some long hair and a real portrait, don't be lazy.
