I need some help with these pictures

Hello all, today I come with a special request, I have attached a few pictures, which I really need that they will have a transparent background, currently it is gray, but I really need them transparent, though the actual picture should be visible.

I require these pictures for many stuff, so if someone will give this a shot, the least I can do is to give you a +rep. I will also include your name when using them on my forum for example.
