hello im tring to figuere out how to get da picture on da side when u post a thingy ya plz help me out i want to know oh and what r they called?

I think they are called avatar? Do them in profile page right?

Probably right, HOG_KM. On the left upper side (the control panel) of every forum site there's the option "Profile".

Press it, and in the following site you scroll down (to the bottom)

There's the Avatar Control Panel, you can upload your avatar there. There's a description how to do so.

Avatars can be animated (.gif) too, remember no pornographic avatars as oz02 will ban you.
