how do i create games. yes i am a noob

i need to know how to create custom games.

i can create the game that i want but no one ever joins. so im guessing it isnt just as simple as clicking create game.

someone said something about needing satelitte but then he left.

plz plz plz plz help me as no one evr hosts good td maps
