i need help on importing arthas into gmax to modify and skin

ok see the problem is im probably retarded and its probably obvious, but just for me could u help me out?? i have been trying to put arthas into gmax so i can skin him, then make him a cool model. in this i need your help sooooooo much, if u could help me, i would be crazy happy so PLEASE help me because i have no idea on how to import arthas to gmax and if u do help me, could u please be specific on what to do, i get lost easily. :?
