I need help in creating a batch (.bat) file

Could someone help me in creating a batch file in notepad?

I want to do it like this; when I open a specific program, the proxy address of the system and its port number will be set to a specific value, when I close the program, erase the proxy address set previously and its port number.

I hope someone help me on this matter. Any help would be appreciate. :thumbs_up:

BTW, I'm using Windows XP.
