I need a Head

Hi Guys Im new to modeling and I cant make a head!!!

I would like to know if someone could make a Head whit this image :

Just a suggestion: Why don't you take the peasant head or archmage head and you can elongate the beard of the peasant. Or even the Kotg head and just make his ears normal.

Actually, I don't know if anybody will actually do it, but I had seen a model once (saved in my pc, so, its creator is unknown -for credits issue-), but I will upload it, it looks pretty much like that pic:
