I imported skill omnislash to import menager how can i use this skil!?

Need Help GUYS!!!!!!!

I downloaded skill : omnislash from this side . And next I imported this abillity to import menager. And what i must do next??? or Do i did well when i imported omnislash to import menager?? PLS HELP:wink:
