i have seen this on other maps so help

its like a sun shine from sumwhere in the sky where do i find this. its liek a doodads or sumthing

You can use Global Weather as Rays of Light, or activate Rays of Light weather in a certain region. I dont know if there is a ray of light or something around the Hive or in World Editor, though.

It's a weather effect called Rays of Light. You can also set sky in Scenario > Preference > Sky Display.

First you create the weather effect at the playable area and then you activate it.

To remove the effect, store it in a variable and destroy.
