ive reached the collectors lair in lbp i can beat it but when i close down the game it doesn't save and when i make levels the same happens plz help me

Hmmm. That's very strange. The level after the collectors lair is the collector (the final boss), maybe after you beat him it saves?
Otherwise I guess these are your options. Ask somewhere else for help ... maybe on mediamolecule.com ... since you wont be able to get your help on this website or you could try ringing up ps3 support line maybe .. its worth a shot.

it saved the final battle and thats alright but it happens again sometimes after i use hours on making levelz
