changes:
custom texture, main body teamcolor with blue parts, shorter staff with different texture.
subtle changes to clothing like shorter sleeves, flatter shoulders, different belt buckle.
particle fx during attack changed to far seer's stormy particles.
path for custom texture is:
Textures\HydromancerMage.blp
some further changes planned but could not get to them yet:
to give him an armor under the robes, that will show in place of the chains on chest and backside,
would refine shape of staff further into a wand with a crooked end,
recolor the hair and beard to the same color and shade as the sorceress has,
change particles during stand channel to lightning themed too, maybe.

have wanted to do it only because would like to give it monsoon as 3. spell in a lineup of haste, summon water elemental, monsoon. with blizzard it would be too much of an archmage copy, im afraid.

Mayhap, you could make a hydro and electro (or what you wanna call it) version. Heck even go geomancer and whatnot.
