It is not It is exactly the same icon but taken from Reforged and recolored just as you did with the one from the classic xD

That's not how it works! You see, same as you I'm not really awesome at creating my own icons. I simply go for good recolors with minor adjustments or avatar icons for certain custom models/skins but when it comes to upload an icon you should keep in mind that even if it is a recolor it should still be a fine one. Yours in this circumstance seems pixelated, as for the one I posted on your bundle, you cannot download it from anywhere. You can simply make it using an advanced photo editor and the button manager. This looks too gray to me. If you could make it more black or more white and add some highlights in the fingers to make it look more metal.

It's better than before. You can also try to sharpen it more so it would look more defined and add more contrast and shadows. Keep comparing it with spellbreaker's spell steal.

Well sadly I dont think I can change it to not be a recolor, it is what it is. I can probably improve it but it wont stop being a recolor. Sorry
