Why is a bar standing above and another below?

I'd guess inconsistent model size/scaling/bounding issues? Does it happen with 3 of the same unit?

Then what I suggested is not the issue. I'd try importing the UI again into a blank map and see if that still happens. Can you link the resource you're trying to implement that contains these health bars? If it was made a while ago and hasn't been updated it's possible something in a recent patch changed with UI files are used in the game that causes this bug.

One time, i had this problem, i solved with open the custom model with model editor and save again but after activate the option, Calculate Extends of Model Editor.
I don't know if is the same problem but can you try

Are your regular, unmodified health bars also fucked up? On only when you import a custom UI?

I left the game to see if it's coming back and it's all like that.
It can be from heroes or from what?

Are you re importing the model after doing the Calculate Extents in the model editor?
if don't works, this is a strange bug related to UI or something.
