How would I go about editing this skin?

I would like to make this skin look more like Deadpool, the X-men Hero, How can I do this while still making it fir in with war3 textures? Im editing a Black_Stan skin.

it would just need to have the right Material Texture (like a leathery texture in this case)

just remember to always use highlights and shadows

it can look good.

But how do I cut the face up into those sections? Is there a free image editor that I can use for this, I do not own photoshop

burn + dodge is the only technique i use (now, cause i got comments to stop smudge )

GIMP is free, it has all the tools you need....
