How to zoom out camera in pre reforged for all maps at once?

Hi. Does anyone know how to zoom out camera in pre reforged 1.26 for all maps at once?

I remember it was possible to alter the camera height and found a few tools from 2010s:

• Simple Camera (by DonTomaso).
• Camera Fixed Zoom (TyranO's Offsets + Code)

Unfortunately all download links are already dead.

I know it's also doable through triggers, but requires to edit each map/campaign separately which sucks. Technically we can achieve the same result by changing the game files. I can't believe that no one found a solution for that problem for 200 years.
