How to watch recently old replays?

Found the legacy installers and standalone patches up to 1.27, cant find standalone patches later than that.
How do i watch replays for 1.28 and 1.29?

For replays up to and including 1.28.6:
ReplayKit v1.28
(note: untested from an installed 1.27b version of the game)

For the record, the last version of the tool which is compatible with Windows XP is v1.22
