How to use WC3 Intern Skins in Custom Models? (3DSmax5.1)

Hi...
I've done a few moddels till now...

but I don't know how to use the WC3-Skins NOT as a custom Skin!!!
...
e.g. the right path to the skin is
ReplaceableTextures\Unit\XYZ.blp
I can only export the skin into the same direction were the model is in!

well... is there any possibility to change the path???
or directly import the WC3-skins and export them into folders??

I hope you can help me!!!

Ya , first you have to map the wc3 skin onto the model (this requires extracting it) , then you simply edit the mdl file , and add the path like

Buildings\Human\HumanTower\Tower.blp
into one section of it, there are tutorials on this , look for one.
