How to use it?

And place the VillagerMale model on the map?

First time i'm saying this, and i am sorry, but you are a total noob :/
It's a skin, not a model. You just set the model to "Villager (Male)" from Units.
The skin just needs to have the path changed in the Import Manager. Nothing more.

What they're trying to say is:
In your Import Manager, right-click the skin you imported and use a custom path. Change the path to Units\Critters\VillagerMan\VillagerMale.blp

There's really nothing else to explain.
