How to turn german unreal turnament 3 to english one

Im gona make this short, I got myselft a german version of UT3 and found countles torrents with 0/0 that swich UT3 to eng, also there are countles posts that include one same link but its dead, and its not as simple as to edit .ini file I've tryed, so if anyone has that fix for eng or has alive link pleasse help. I doubt i will get answer but its only thing i have left.

Replace german data files with english ones. To do this you may need to download the US / UK edition which include multiple languages.

yeah problem is finding english language pack or something and it cant be done by editing .ini file...
