That's quite simple:

• Untitled Trigger 001
  • Events
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Unit - Remove All buffs from (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Remove All buffs considered Magic or physical from (Triggering unit) (Include expiration timers, Include auras)
    • Unit - Remove Anti-magic Shell buff from (Triggering unit)

Use any of these.
