How to remove build?

If anyone knows anything about the chaos ability then they will know my problem. Trigger example-When units use an item(pickaxe) it adds chaos builder to the unit, thus making it a builder, which has build. When the unit loses the pick axe or uses another weapon build doesnt become removed, although the structures that are able to be built are gone. The build icon still stays. How do i fix that

Mabey i worded this wrong.... How do you remove build through triggers.

the stuff built can be found in object editor, right below the requirments. If you want build but then dont want it afterwards, use morph or replace unit.

all the other triggers use chaos to change units. Morph doesnt mix with chaos
