How to make channeling spells a instant cast???

I wanna make a spell that doesn't require channeling take for instance DOTA'S eclipse by luna moonfang and enigma's midnight pulse into a spell that once cast the channeling follows the hero and does not require the hero to stand there channeling the spell. :!:
