How To make blink dagger same like dota 1?

Yeah, try describing what it is the blink dagger does in dota.
Not everyone plays that map. Does it work like the warden's blink or what?

It is the same item as in wc3 rts, with the exception that it gets disabled for 3 seconds whenever the holder takes hero damage.

So what you need to do: use damage detection and create 2 items, the dagger and a disabled version with no ability.
Then you just need to toggle it active/disabled
