How to make a Wharf?! [Terrain problem]

Hello. As the title says - how can i make a wharf like the one in the War 3 campaign? Teach me, please! +rep is my reward! Look at the picture below to see what i mean.

Look how they did it in the WC3 campaign. It is not like the maps are protected or anything.

The idea is a destructable which is walkable and has a pathing map to allow pathing over unpathable water areas.

LOL! I make point-aoe spells, just point spells, unit-target spells, no-target spells, MUI spells, MPI spells, MUIless spells, cool spells, poor spells, JESUS-CHRIST-spells, RETIRE-FROM-TRIGGERING-spells but terrain... nah... didn't ever tried that. Thanks!
