[General] how to make a ghost?

Is there a way with triggers or spells or some options to make a unit look like ghost, half transperant, but to be able to atack physically and be attacked. I thought it will work by putting

ethereal on it but it doesn't.

Chance transparency to 60% with triggers. It's something like
"Animation - Change Unit Vertex Color".

There's also an ability aptly named "Ghost" which does that.

I think it does; the Ghost visible version at least.
