[Need Info] How to make a cheat code trigger?

I'm trying to find a trigger that is basically like "homie enters this certain word in this order of wording in the chat and this effect happens" but I can't necessarily find the triggers I'd use to do so?

Use a player enters chat message event. Same as with WC3. Use entered message to get the full message. User matched string to get the string that triggered the event (in the case of multiple chat events hooking the same trigger).
