How to make a Banner?

Once there was a tutorial on the hive which explained perfectly how to make your own banner...
The last 30 Minutes I tried to find it without success...

Yes a signature banner, but it wasn't this guy.
It was a Contest or something like this.
He showed how to make half sized Banners and wanted everybody to make some for the hive. His example was a yellow orange banner with "Hive" as inscription.

if u remember the guys name, go 2 google, write this in the search tab *hiveworkshop <the guys name> banner* (or banner tutorial if u want), sometime it does wonders u can often find in google things that r on THW but hard 2 find, besided what i miss in the tutorial section is something like a tutorial search tab (like THW has 4 models & skins...)
